ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

INITIATING A RETURN

Contact us at info@zanzizest.co.za. If approved, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Inspect your order upon receipt. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately to info@zanzizest.co.za for prompt resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Perishable goods (food, flowers).

- Custom or personalized items.

- Personal care products.

- Hazardous materials.

- Sale items.

- Gift cards.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, return the unwanted item. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you once your return is inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow extra time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@zanzizest.co.za.
